Q: Can I ask for sample?

A: Yes, we offer free sample but shipping cost is on your own.

 

Q: How long is the lead time?

A: About 45-60 business days. Orders with numerous kinds of parts/customized products will taker longer.

 

Q: What is your payment term?

A: T/T 30% deposit, balance before shipping.

 

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: USD15,000 per order, or additional handling charge of USD350 for less than USD15,000.
